We ship to Scandinavia including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland. For shipping within the rest of Europe, please visit

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping anywhere in Denmark is 29 DKK for GLS and 49 DKK for Budbee.

Shipping to Norway is 99 DKK.

Shipping to Sweden is 49 DKK.

Shipping to Finland is 99 DKK.

Shipping to Iceland is 99 DKK.

You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way. All orders above 499 DKK will receive free shipping.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (or the next business day). Generally Danish orders will arrive within 1-2 working days of placing the order. Orders outside of Denmark will arrive within 2-4 working days.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Dankort (will soon be available), Mastercard and American Express.  All payments are secure.

Are your products flammable?

All products in the Bondi Wash range are not flammable, with the exception of the 100% essential oils.

Are you products safe for airline travel?

Yes, our products are not flammable (other than the pure essential oils) and not aerosol.

Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?

Unfortunately we don't offer this service.

What happens if I need my delivery urgently? 

If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm exact delivery times.

What if I would like a refund? 

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason.  Please send the products to our warehouse (System Transport A/S, Att, Kumlehusvej 1, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark) and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged.  We do not cover return shipping costs.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order.  If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs.

What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else.  Please send the products to our warehouse (System Transport A/S, Att, Kumlehusvej 1, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark) and let us know via email what you would like instead.  Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.
